Cornerstone Design Remodeling provides an array of services to homeowners seeking quality craftsmanship and customer service at a reasonable investment. We’re a design-build firm that can do it all for you – from handyman repairs (8-hour minimum) to large whole-house renovations. Whatever your remodeling needs may be, we can help.

Kitchens

  • Minor Renovation/Upgrade: We can help with small-scale projects, such as replacing countertops, re-facing cabinetry or adding recessed lighting.
  • Standard “Pull & Replace” Remodel: We can replace appliances, fixtures, flooring, and lighting while keeping your home’s existing floor plan intact, with everything in the same place as before. This type of project can give your home an entirely new style and look while keeping everything in familiar locations.
  • Re-design/Major Remodel: We can help you rethink and reshape your existing space to suit your needs and desires. Just a few of the possible modifications we can make include: modifying, removing or adding interior walls; installing a new kitchen island; transforming a closet pantry into a butler’s pantry; and changing the cabinetry layout. You decide – the ideas and options are nearly limitless.

Bathrooms/Master Suites

  • Minor Renovation/Upgrade: We can help with minor projects like replacing countertops, fixtures, tile, or a shower enclosure.
  • Standard “Pull & Replace” Remodel: We can maintain your existing layout while allowing you to replace all of your fixtures and cabinetry. Modifications such as adding shower amenities (rain shower, jets, niches, etc.) often are included in the scope of these projects.
  • Re-design/Major Remodel: We can bring a spa into your home through a large-scale project like this. Some of the many ways we can help include: expanding shower surrounds, adding a new steam shower, sectioning off your commode in a separate water closet, and adding storage.

Basements

  • Minor Renovation/Upgrade: We can help with small remodeling projects, such as: replacing existing paneling with drywall, installing ample lighting, or adding a partition wall to create a playroom or TV room.
  • Basic Remodel: We can do a quality, no-frills job for you if you need the basics, like more space for your children to play in your basement, or an additional office and bath.
  • Custom Remodel: We can transform your basement from just extra space into an appealing destination point in your home. We design basements with bars, wine cellars, media rooms, poker rooms, dance and art studios, arcades, bedrooms, bathrooms, and more. Custom/Trim Carpentry

  • Interior Doors & Mouldings: We can install basic and compound crown and chair rails, shadow/picture boxes, custom fireplace surrounds, and other elements to accent and draw out the qualities of your home.
  • Built-ins: We provide paint or stain grade bookshelves, window seats, niches, and other storage elements.
  • Exterior Mouldings: We can enhance your home’s distinctiveness through crossheads, keystones, pilasters, and other decorative elements.

Exteriors

  • The Basics: We can draw out your home’s unique qualities through trim replacement, siding, roofing, windows, doors, and garage door replacement.
  • Architectural Elements: We can build porticos, pergolas, or gazebos for your home.
  • Porches and Decks: We can add a porch or a deck to your home for you to enjoy.

Additions

  • Simple Bump-Outs: We can help you reach one or two main goals, such as adding a new first-floor master suite, study, or sunroom; or extending your existing kitchen.
  • Two-Story: We can create the additional space you need if your family is growing but your house is not. We can add bedrooms, baths and additional living spaces.
  • In-Law Suites: We can create a suite that will help you care well for your family members – keeping them close while still maintaining privacy.
